Established in 2007, Clackmannanshire Business is designed to foster more effective collaboration between Clackmannanshire Council and the local business community by working with the Council to address what is important to local businesses.

Clacksfirst BID has worked in partnership with Police Scotland, Clackmannanshire to assess the risk of crime on our business parks and industrial estates and, with their help, we have a strategy that has helped reduce crime by 50% in the BID area. Clacksfirst operates an information-sharing Security Alerts system. Please let us know of anything you deem suspicious and we will inform our members and Police Scotland.

A unique organisation comprising contributions and secondments from Police Scotland, Scottish Government, Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, major banks, industries, investors and private membership. The SBRC aims to provide members with a wide ranging, one stop shop for business security services and advice and has established itself as a hub of innovation and business improvement in support of its partners and the business community.
Business support within Clackmannanshire Council is provided by Clackmannanshire Works which is part of the Council’s Economic Development Team.
Clackmannanshire Works can offer free bespoke one-to-one business start-up advice and support with growing existing businesses. This support is additional to that already available from either Business Gateway or Scottish Enterprise.

FFV CJA is a public sector agency. Its purpose is to reduce re-offending and create safer communities.
